Just like i promised, a post about macaroons! I actually made macaroons twice, first time was fail.com and you can read and see the pictures from NE’s blog.

I was disappointed at failing at first attempt making macaroons, hence the second time making it. This time I had a chef with me, she knew what she was doing so I just helped and followed.
And this time we made chocolate macaroons! yum!! And I must say, it’s a lot of hard work and patience, that’s why macaroons are so expensive!
